Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the item you ordered, you can return it for a full refunded. If you wish, you can replace the order with a new object.
The cost of delivery for returns is to be borne by the purchaser and must be made within 14 working days from the delivery of the order.
To replace the object with another, you must effectuate a new order. The refund will be confirmed once the parcel arrives at our warehouse and the integrity of the item is verified.

If the item is damaged during travel, you will be fully refunded, yet it is necessary to first accept the parcel with reservations. No refunds are made on goods accepted without reservation, whereby the damage is not due to shipment.
If the parcel arrives with packaging that is badly damaged or not intact, delivery is to be accepted “with reservations”. It shall be our responsibility to redeem or replace the item.
The refund amount will be equal to the sum paid and will be confirmed once the package arrives in our warehouse.
