Paintings and treatments
POWDER COATING
Powder painting is a coating based on synthetic resins passed in an oven at high temperatures.
The cured paint creates an adherent and resistant layer.
Maintenance: cleaning with non-aggressive products.
SPRAY PAINTING
The spray paint is a two-component acrylic enamel of high opacity. It is spread by hand and dried at low temperatures.
Maintenance: cleaning with non-aggressive products.
GALVANIZING
Galvanic process that creates a thin layer of zinc that protects the metal from oxidation Process used for products for external use. Finally, it is coated with a powder coating.
Materials
STEEL
Galvanized super mirror steel sheet in two different versions, chrome and 24 carat gold.
Maintenance: cleaning with specific products for steel.
HOT ROLLED IRON SHEET*
The metal surface can present imperfections and shades that are different every time. This feature does not represent a defect but is an intrinsic element of the material for industrial use.
Materials on request
CORTEN*
Steel indicated for outdoor use thanks to its high resistance to corrosion. Its main feature is the oxide patina which gives it the rust effect finish. It is supplied already oxidized with wax treatment.
BURNISHING
Treatment obtained by exposing the metal to burnishing acids. It gives the metal an uneven finish. Protected with transparent.
BEESWAX PROTECTIVE TREATMENT*
Beeswax creates a thin and delicate layer of protection.
The treatment is carried out manually using a cloth on the hot-rolled iron sheet and on the Corten.
Maintenance: carry out waxing every 12 months. Cleaning with non-aggressive products.
